MAKEiO is a leading innovator in e-mobility and lifestyle gadgets. We are expanding our footprint in Southeast Asia and looking for a proactive, hands-on professional to join our Indonesia team. What you'll do

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments at our service centre and storage, ensuring accurate stock-keeping and inventory records.
• Perform minor repairs on products, with remote guidance and training from our technical team.
• Handle customer inquiries about service and repairs, following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Arrange and coordinate local deliveries for stock refills, sales and service cases through local providers (e.g. Lalamove, GoSend, Grab).
• Manage daily inquiries and coordinate order fulfilment on major platforms such as Tokopedia and Shopee.
• Support the hiring process by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
• Provide overall operational and administrative support, and handle other tasks assigned by management.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management or a related field. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Basic proficiency in English, written and spoken, as you will collaborate with our regional team.
• A hands-on attitude and a willingness to learn basic technical and repair skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with e-commerce tools (Tokopedia or Shopee seller centres).
