About us
MAKEiO runs 13 brands, 9 venues and 94 stores across Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam. Our brands include Playerbox, E-Gokart Track, Padel Tennis, MONOWHEEL, Segway, Airwheel and LiberLive.
The role
Run paid ads that grow our venues and retail brands. Build an AI-powered marketing system and AI agent team.
What you'll do
- Run and optimise ads on Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
- Improve customer journeys from first click to purchase and repeat visit.
- Build marketing automation and AI agents for reporting, creative, research and analysis.
- Test new AI tools fast and adopt what works.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years running paid ads with proven ROI.
- A strong grasp of funnels and customer journeys.
- You keep up with AI trends.
- Hands-on with AI coding tools such as Codex and Claude Code.
- Thai and English.
Big plus
- Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (CCAR-F).
- AI agent experience with Hermes Agent, the OpenAI API / Agents SDK or the Vercel AI SDK.
- Any basic programming knowledge (data schemas, Python, etc.).
- Experience with the Meta, Google or TikTok Ads APIs and tracking systems.
